How To Connect Facebook Leads to MyDataNinja CRM
First, you should log in to your MyDataNinja account, then go to the CRM page and click the “Add new” button. (shown in the picture below)
After getting redirected to the new page, click the “Connect” near the “Leads Ads” button. There will be a popup where you should fill out some information, like your Facebook account name, but for it to show up, first you should connect your Facebook account, if you don’t know how you can see a tutorial about “How To Connect Your Ad Accounts To MyDataNinja”. (Shown in the picture below)
In the next field, you have to choose the page you want to take data from, if you can not find your page, try the “Sync” button. next, you have to choose the form you need to sync. You can also fetch old data from that form, by clicking the “Fetch old data” button, it will take about 1 hour, and depending on the amount of the data, it will fetch it from the last 30 days. After filling out all the information, click the “Connect” button. (Shown in the picture below)
If you have multiple lead forms in your Facebook account, you can add all of them in one MyDataNinja form for easier and clearer view and access. Leads are being synced in real time. Also, if you are adding different forms, MyDataNinja will only keep the fields that are mutual between them and delete the different ones. (Shown in the picture below)
